Translation
Your lessons will be given live and translated directly (EN-NL or NL-EN) by an experienced translator.

Timetable

Friday: You will teach 2 blocks of 45 minutes and 2 blocks of 50 minutes. We start at 5:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm (4 blocks). There will be a 30-minute dinner break.

Saturday: You will teach in blocks of 45 minutes. We begin at 9:00 am with announcements/prayer. Your classes start at 9:20 am. The lunch break is from 12:50 pm to 1:45 pm. On this campus we have shorter breaks, therefore teaching ends at 5:15 pm.

Lesson 1: 5 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. (dinner break 30 min)

Lesson 2: 6.15 p.m. - 7 p.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 3: 19.10 - 8 p.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 4: 8.10 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Lesson 5: 9:20 - 10.05 a.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 6: 10:15 - 11:00 a.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 7: 11.10 - 11.55 a.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 8: 12.05 - 12.50 p.m. (lunch break 55 min)

Lesson 9: 13.45 - 14.30 p.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 10: 14.40 - 15.25 p.m. (break 10 min)

Lesson 11: 3:35 p.m. - 4:20 p.m. (10-minute break)

Lesson 12: 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Please indicate your preference for the shorter breaks between classes (the 10 minute breaks). Some teachers use this time to prepare for the next class hour; others prefer to seek contact with students.​

Food and drinks

On Friday, around 5:55 p.m., we offer a simple but good meal. On Saturday, around 12:35 p.m., you will be offered lunch. Coffee, tea and water will be available during each break. If you would like something else to drink this weekend (Coca-Cola, apple juice, Dr. Pepper, etc.), please let us know and we will provide it.

Syllabus en extra material (e.g. PowerPoints)
By mail you will receive the syllabus and additional materials for the topic you will be teaching. Please let us know if this should be sent to students prior to class, or only after. Also, please let us know if you would like to use PowerPoint and/or videos or need other materials, such as a whiteboard. Media, such as photos or PowerPoint presentations may be emailed in a timely manner to multimedia@goednieuwsgemeente.nl​

The location of the campus is: Snelliusstraat 8, Enschede (Goed Nieuws Gemeente).

Hybrid campus

For students who live a greater distance from Enschede, we offer the option of taking the class online on Fridays. On Saturday, we expect everyone to be physically present on campus.
